AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Paragraphs A
and B of Section 475-A of Article 15 of the Code of
local Laws of Rett County (1968 Edition being Article
15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as
amended) title "Kent County" subtitle "Planning and
Zoning", to provide for increasing the membership of
the Planning Commission from five members to seven
members.

[Section 475A A and B of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Kent County repealed and reenacted with amendments]
