A RESOLUTION TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT WITH AMENDMENTS, OF
THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY, PART
OF ARTICLE 18, OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND
BY WHICH THE TOWN CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE (JULY
1, 1974), BEING TITLED "THE TOWN COMMISSIONERS OF
CENTREVIILE" BY SECTION 3-11, SUB-TITLED "OFFICERS" CHANGING
THE METHOD BY WHICH THE PRESIDENT OF THE TOWN COMMISSIONERS
OF CENTREVILLE IS CHOSEN.

[Section 3-11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen
Anne's County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date July 21, 1977]

Resolution 77-CR-1

A Resolution to amend Article V, Section 8 of the
Charter of the City of College Park so as to specify that
the said compensation received by the Mayor and Council is
to be considered "salary".

WHEREAS the Mayor end City Council of the City of
College Park wish to specify that the compensation received
by the Mayor and Council is to be considered "salary" and
not reimbursement for expenses.

[Section 15-8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date September 28, 1977]
