CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 86-77-2
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition as amended), entitled
"Corporation — Municipal", to amend the Charter of The
Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments. Subsection (e) entitled "Fourth Ward" of Section
3-3 entitled "Boundaries of Wards" of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland entitled "Dorchester County,
subtitled "Cambridge" to reflect the change in the
boundaries of the Fourth Ward created by recent annexation.
[Section 3-3 (e) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Section 3-42 entitled "Borrowing to Finance Public
Facilities" of the Code of Public local Laws of Maryland
entitled "Dorchester County", subtitled "Cambridge"
providing for the anticipation of other revenues for
purposes of borrowing.

Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
