MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

(n) Section 903 entitled "Compensation of Employees"
providing the methods by which the Board of Town
Commissioners will establish salaries.

(o) Section 904 entitled "Employee Benefit Programs"
providing the Board of Town Commissioners with power to
establish employee benefit programs.

(p) Section 905 entitled "Merit System" empowering
the Board of Town Commissioners to make appointments and
promotions on the basis of merit.

(g) Section 1101 entitled "Official Bonds" requiring
that the Treasurer and such other officers or employees as
the Board of Town Commissioners may require, give bond in
amounts as required by the Board.

(r) Section 110 2 entitled "Liability for Damages
Written Notice Within One Hundred Eighty Days (180)" and
requiring written notice within 180 days be given the
Treasurer of injury.

(s) Section 1103 entitled "Prior Rights and
Obligations" and guaranteeing that the rights granted all
persons and citizens under the present Charter shall be
preserved-

(t) Section 1104 entitled "Enforcement and Penalties"
and providing power to enforce ordinances with penalties.

(u) Section 1105 entitled "Effect of Charter on
Existing Ordinances" and providing for continuation of
existing rules, resolutions and ordinances and regulations
not in conflict with proposed Charter and for repeal of
those in conflict.

(v) Section 1106 entitled "Fees" and providing that
all fees collected by Town employees be paid to the Town.

(w) Section 1107 entitled "Separability" and
providing that if any section of this proposed Charter or
part thereof is held unvalid such holding shall not affect
the remainder of the section, sections or Charter which are
not unseparably connected in meaning and effect.

And the following deletions:

(a)    Section 106 (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) providing
specific procedures for making application for absentee
ballot and for absentee voting. Said subsections are
replaced by Section 502(b) entitled "Absentee Voting;
Procedure for Applying and Voting."

(b)    Section 115 entitled "Treasurer Bond" replaced by
Section 1101, entitled "Official Bonds."

(c)    Section 117 entitled "Taxicabs" replaced by
