[For the issuance under § 13-410 (e) of this title of
substitute registration plates designed to commemorate the
Bicentennial, the one-time fee is, in addition to the annual
registration fee otherwise required by this subtitle:

(1)    For a vehicle for which two registration
plates are required - $5; and

(2)    For a vehicle for which one registration
plate is required - $2.50.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
13-410(f), of Article - Transportation, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 13—410(e).

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Fishing

FOR the purpose of specifying that certain nets nay be used
in Carroll County waters under certain circumstances.

SECTION 4. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

4-62 0.

(f) A person may not use a seine or net of any
description in any of the waters of Carroll County except to
catch minnows AND AS PROVIDED IN §4-617(C)(3) OF THIS
SUBTITLE.
