catching fish, it is prima facie evidence of a violation of
this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

[(e) On application, the Administration may issue
substitute registration plates of a design to commemorate
the bicentennial. Notwithstanding the provisions of
subsection (c) of this section, these bicentennial
registration plates may be reflectorized.]
