AN ACT concerning

Highway User Revenues - Allocations
to Municipalities

FOR the purpose of altering the municipal share of highway
user revenues.

Dear Mr. Speaker:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 1370.

This bill alters the municipal share of highway user
revenues.

Senate Bill 866, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 16, 1978, accomplishes the
same purpose.

Therefore it is unnecessary for me to sign House Bill
1370.
