(D) THE OFFICES OF A LICENSED FIRM, ASSOCIATION, OR

CORPORATION SHALL BE SUPERVISED BY AN INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE

WHO IS A RESIDENT OF MARYLAND.

(F) WHENEVER THE MANAGING INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE OF A

BRANCH OFFICE TERMINATES HIS MANAGEMENT, THE BRANCH OFFICE

SHALL CONTINUE TO BE LICENSED FOR 90 DAYS EXCEPT THAT WHEN

THE TERMINATION IS CAUSED BY DEATH OR INCAPACITATING INJURY,

THE BRANCH OFFICE SHALL CONTINUE TO BE LICENSED FOR 6

MONTHS. THE LICENSE OF THE BRANCH OFFICE SHALL BE REVOKED

AFTER THE APPLICABLE PERIOD, UNLESS AN INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE

ASSUMES THE MANAGEMENT OF THE BRANCH OFFICE.

(G) WHENEVER THE MANAGING INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE OF A

PRINCIPAL OFFICE TERMINATES HIS MANAGEMENT, THE LICENSE OF

THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE SHALL TERMINATE IN THE SAME MANNER AS

PRESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION (F), UNLESS ANOTHER RESIDENT

LICENSEE ASSUMES THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE.

(E) WHENEVER THE INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISING LICENSEE OF
THE OFFICES OF A LICENSED FIRM, ASSOCIATION, OR CORPORATION

TERMINATES HIS SUPERVISION, THE LICENSE OF THE FIRM,

ASSOCIATION OR CORPORATION SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REVOKED

AFTER 90 DAYS UNLESS A NEW INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISING LICENSEE
HAS BEEN NAMED. HOWEVER, THIS REVOCATION SHALL NOT TAKE
PLACE FOR 6 MONTHS, IF THE TERMINATION RESULTED FROM THE
DEATH OR INCAPACITATING INJURY OF THE INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISING
LICENSEE.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Mental Retardation - Private Group Homes

FOR the purpose of establishing and licensing private group
homes for the mentally retarded; and generally relating
to private group homes for the mentally retarded.

BY renumbering

Article 59A - Mental Retardation

Section 3 (q), (c), (d), (e), (s), (f), (g), (i), (j),

(t), (k), (1), (m), (n), and (o), respectively
to be Section 3(c) through (i), (1) through (p) , and

(s) through (u) , respectively
