AN ACT concerning

Private Detectives — Licenses to Conduct Business

FOR the purpose of requiring a private detective licensee to
maintain a principal an office in this State; requiring
certain records to be kept in this State; and requiring

offices of a licensee to be under the supervision of an
individual licensee who is a resident of this State.
