(C) MODIFICATIONS OF FORMULA.

IF THE STATE BOARD FINDS THAT BECAUSE OF NEW
INFORMATION OR CHANGED CIRCUMSTANCES THE FORMULA HAS OR WILL
BECOME INEQUITABLE OR INADEQUATE, IT SHALL RECOMMEND
APPROPRIATE CHANGES IN THE FORMULA.

8-417.6. EXPIRATION.

SECTIONS 8-417 THROUGH 8-417.6 OF THIS SUBTITLE SHALL
EXPIRE AND BECOME VOID ON JULY 1, 1981, WITHOUT THE
NECESSITY OF FURTHER ACTION BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:

In revising this title, the Commission to Revise the
Annotated Code deleted as obsolete or otherwise unnecessary
the following related provisions in addition to those noted
in the revisor's note to §§ 8-415 and 8—417.2 of this title:

(1)       Article 77, §§ 100 and 10 1. These provisions deal
with the superseded State program for the education of
handicapped children. The provisions of §§ 8—416 through
8-417.6 of this title supplant this former program. Section
4 of Chapter 240, Acts of 1976 specifically provides that
Article 77, §§ 100 and 101 are superseded by the enactment
of Article 77, §106D.

(2) Article 77, §100B. This section provides for the
funding of the education of handicapped children "for the
1975-1976 fiscal year" and is deleted as obsolete.

(3)       Article 77, §106G-8. This section provides for
funding for nonpublic special educational services in fiscal
year 1977 and is deleted as obsolete.
