(b) The Council shall:

(1) Advise and assist the State Board of
Education in developing:

(i) The 5—year State plan for
vocational-technical education;

(ii) The annual program plan and
accountability report; [and]

(iii) Flans for evaluating the
effectiveness of each program in the State plan; and

(IV) STANDARDS TO BE USED BY PUBLIC
SECONDARY SCHOOLS FOR SELECTING STUDENTS FOR
VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS; AND

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Carnivals, Raffles, and Bingo

FOR the purpose of altering the size of cash prizes that may
be offered by organizations licensed to conduct games
of bingo and raffles; permitting a certain cash prize
to be awarded or a paddle wheel; and generally relating
to carnivals, raffles, and bingo in Harford County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments.
