AN ACT concerning

Enrollment Criteria for Vocational—Technical
Education Programs

FOR the purpose of requiring the State Board of Education to
establish standard require the establishment of
criteria for the selection of applicants for enrollment
in Vocational-Technical Programs; and requiring the
State Advisory Council on Vocational-Technical
Education to assist the State Board in the development
of those criteria.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter______of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1978) be repealed, amended, or enacted to read
as follows:
