funds to renovate and restore the Mt. Moriah Church,
Annapolis, for the Department of Economic and Community
Development - Maryland Historical Trust - for funds to
restore and renovate the property known as Nine Front
Street in Baltimore City, and for the Department of
Economic and Community Development — Maryland
Historical Trust - for funds as the State's share to
restore the Orchard Street Methodist Church in
Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 289
of the Acts of 1974 be and they are hereby suspended insofar
as they impose a time limit for placing under contract the
following item in Section 5.2 of Chapter 289 of the Acts of
1974, as amended by Chapter 876, §2 of the Acts of 1976:

Section 5.2(A) (1) (b) - Board of Public Works, Annapolis
(Anne Arundel County) - Design and preparation of
detailed plans and specifications for One State Office
Building for the Department of Agriculture, contingent
upon fulfillment of the study and analysis pertaining
to this facility as set forth on page 281 of Chapter
195 of the Acts of 1973 and further contingent upon the
approval of the program by the Departments of State
Planning and Budget and Fiscal Planning.........354,000

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975
be and they are hereby suspended insofar as they impose a
time limit for placing under contract the following item in
Section 5.2 of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, as amended
by Chapter 876, §1 of the Acts of 1976:

Section 5.2(A) (1) (a) — Board of Public Works, Annapolis
