BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 73B - Pensions 9. (18) ANY PERSON WHO: (A) IS EMPLOYED BY A MEMBER OF THE SENATE OR (B) A MEMBER OF THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM; AND (C) WORKS ON A FULL-TIME BASIS FOR THE DURATION OF THE ANNUAL REGULAR SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND CONTINUES TO WORK AT LEAST ONE DAY BUT NOT MORE THAN THREE DAYS PER WORK WEEK DURING THE REMAINDER OF THE CALENDAR YEAR (B) WORKS AT LEAST 130 DAYS PER YEAR AS A LEGISLATIVE EMPLOYEE IS CONSIDERED TO BE A PERMANENT PART-TIME LEGISLATIVE EMPLOYEE AND SHALL RECEIVE A FULL YEAR Article 40 - General Assembly
