(2)         A LICENSEE ON INACTIVE STATUS MAY

REACTIVATE THE LICENSE AT ANY TIME BY COMPLYING WITH THE
RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS THAT EXIST AT THE TIME OF CHANGE FROM

INACTIVE TO ACTIVE STATUS, AND ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS

ADOPTED BY THE BOARD IN ITS REGULATIONS.

(E)        REINSTATEMENT OF EXPIRED LICENSES.

(1)          IF A LICENSEE HAS NOT PLACED THE LICENSE ON
AN INACTIVE STATUS AND FAILS TO RENEW THE LICENSE FOR ANY
REASON, THE BOARD MAY REINSTATE THE EXPIRED LICENSE WITHIN
30 DAYS OF ITS EXPIRATION IF THE LICENSEE:

(I)          OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO CONTINUED
LICENSURE UNDER THIS SUBTITLE;

(II)        COMPLIES WITH THE RENEWAL
REQUIREMENTS OF §927 OF THIS SUBTITLE; AND

(III)    SUBMITS TO THE BOARD A REINSTATEMENT
FEE SET BY THE BOARD.

(2)          IF A LICENSEE DOES NOT RENEW THE LICENSE
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ITS EXPIRATION, THE LICENSE MAY BE
REINSTATED ONLY ON APPLICATION TO AND APPROVAL OF THE BOARD,
AND PAYMENT OF A REINSTATEMENT FEE SET BY THE BOARD.

929.    TEMPORARY LICENSES.

A TEMPORARY LICENSE MAY BE GRANTED TO PERSONS WHO HAVE
COMPLETED THE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
SUBTITLE. THIS TEMPORARY LICENSE SHALL ALLOW THE PERSON TO
PRACTICE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY IN ASSOCIATION WITH A LICENSED
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, AND SHALL BE VALID UNTIL THE DATE ON
WHICH THE RESULTS OF THE NEXT EXAMINATION FOR LICENSURE,
WHICH THE PERSON WAS ELIGIBLE TO TAKE, HAVE BEEN MADE
PUBLIC. THIS TEMPORARY LICENSE IS NOT RENEWABLE.

930.  REPRIMANDS, SUSPENSIONS, REVOCATIONS, AND DENIAL OF
LICENSE.

(A) SUBJECT TO THE HEARING PROVISIONS OF §93 1 OF THIS
SUBTITLE, THE BOARD MAY REPRIMAND ANY LICENSEE OR SUSPEND OR
REVOKE THE LICENSE OF ANY LICENSEE WHO HAS:

(1) FRAUDULENTLY OR DECEPTIVELY OBTAINED OR
ATTEMPTED TO OBTAIN A LICENSE FOR HIMSELF OR FOR ANOTHER;

(2) COMMITTED ANY ACT OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE,
INCOMPETENCE, OR MISCONDUCT IN THE PRACTICE OF OCCUPATIONAL
THERAPY;

(3)    KNOWINGLY VIOLATED ANY PROVISION OF THIS
SUBTITLE;

(4) VIOLATED ANY RULE OR REGULATION OF THE
BOARD, INCLUDING ANY CODE OF ETHICS WHICH MAY BE ADOPTED;
