OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
MEMBERS ARE EXEMPTED FROM THE REQUIREMENT THAT THEY HOLD THE
LICENSES OTHERWISE REQUIRED UNDER THIS SECTION.

(C)    QUALIFICATIONS.

EACH OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
ASSISTANT MEMBER SHALL BE A RESIDENT OF THIS STATE AT THE
TIME OF HIS NOMINATION AND APPOINTMENT, AND FOR THE DURATION
OF HIS TERM, AND SHALL HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN RENDERING
SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC, TEACHING, OR RESEARCH IN
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY FOR AT LEAST THREE OF THE LAST FIVE
YEARS PRECEDING HIS APPOINTMENT. THESE MEMBERS SHALL AT ALL
TIMES BE HOLDERS OF VALID LICENSES FOR THE PRACTICE OF
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY IN THE STATE.

(D)    OATHS.

BEFORE TAKING OFFICE, EACH APPOINTED TO THE BOARD SHALL
TAKE THE OATH REQUIRED BY ARTICLE I §6 OF THE STATE
CONSTITUTION.

(E)    TENURE; VACANCIES.

(1)    EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS SUBSECTION, EACH
MEMBER SERVES FOR A TERM OF THREE YEARS AND UNTIL HIS
SUCCESSOR IS APPOINTED AND QUALIFIES.

(2)    THE TERMS OF MEMBERS OF THE ORIGINAL BOARD
SHALL BE STAGGERED WITH TWO MEMBERS SERVING TERMS OF ONE
YEAR, TWO TERMS OF TWO YEARS, AND ONE A TERM OF THREE YEARS.

(3)    A MEMBER MAY NOT BE APPOINTED FOR NO MORE
THAN TWO CONSECUTIVE FULL TERMS.

(4)    A MEMBER APPOINTED TO SUCCEED A MEMBER      WHO
IS HOLDING OVER OF TO FILL A VACANCY IN AN UNEXPIRED    TERM
SERVES ONLY FOR THE REST OF THE CURRENT TERM AND UNTIL      HIS
SUCCESSOR IS APPOINTED AND QUALIFIES.

(F)    REMOVAL.

THE GOVERNOR MAY REMOVE A MEMBER FOR INCOMPETENCY OR
MISCONDUCT.

915.  OFFICERS.

(A)    FROM AMONG ITS MEMBERS, THE BOARD SHALL ELECT
OFFICERS.

(B)    THE MANNER OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND THEIR
TERMS OF OFFICE SHALL BE AS THE BOARD DETERMINES.

916.  QUORUM; MEETINGS; COMPENSATION; STAFF.
(A) QUORUM.
