SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(B-1) (1) AS USED IN THIS SUBSECTION, "DOMESTIC

PAYMENTS" MEANS ALL SUMS REQUIRED TO BE PAID FOR THE

FOLLOWING PURPOSES WHEN THESE SUMS ARE BEING PAID PURSUANT

TO A COURT DECREE OR ORDER AND THE PERSON REQUIRED TO MAKE

THESE PAYMENTS IS NOT IMPRISONED.

(I) WILFULLY NEGLECT TO PROVIDE FOR THE

SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF WIFE (ART. 27, § 88);

                (II) PAYMENTS FOR DESTITUTE PARENTS (ART.

27, §108);

(III) DELINQUENT PAYMENTS OF ALIMONY (ART.

16, §§3, 4, AND 5) ORDERED BY A COURT TO BE COLLECTED AS
