other members are entitled to receive [$2,000] $3,000 each
annually as compensation.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of the
members of the school board in office on the effective date
of this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the
salary of the members of the school board shall take effect
at the beginning of the next following term of office on
January 1, 1979.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

State Documents Law

FOR the purpose of changing the definition of "agency" under
the State Documents Law to require additional State
agencies to comply with the provisions of the State
Documents Law; and removing the reference to the State
Documents Law as it applies to the Maryland Automobile
Insurance Fund under the definition of "Agency" in the
Administrative Procedure Act.
