or any firm or private person with intent to cheat or
defraud the cable television company, other firm or private
person, by installing, rearranging, or tampering with any
facilities or equipment, or by any trick, stratagem,
impersonation, pretension, falsification of fact, or
contrivance, or by any other device or means whatsoever.
Any person or persons found guilty of a violation of any of
the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof, shall be imprisoned not
exceeding six months or fined net exceeding five hundred
dollars, or both, in the discretion of the court. ]

[Fraud - By Hirers]

[201.

Every hirer of a personal chattel of the value of
twenty dollars and upwards, who shall secrete, make away
with, sell, or otherwise dispose of the same, with intent to
defraud the owner thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall be liable to a fine not
exceeding double the value of the article disposed of, and
imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or
either, at the discretion of the court.]

[205.

Any person who, with intent to deprive or defraud the
owner of any motor vehicle, or the person in lawful
possession thereof, cut of the use, benefit or enjoyment of
such motor vehicle, shall obtain the use, benefit or
enjoyment of such motor vehicle for himself from the owner
or from the owner's agent, or from any person in lawful
possession thereof, by means of a trick or false or
fraudulent representation, or any false token or writing, or
false personation of another, shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine
of not more than five hundred ($500) dollars or imprisonment
for not more than six months, or to both fine and
imprisonment.]

Any person who, after hiring, leasing or renting a
motor vehicle under agreement to return such motor vehicle
at the termination of the period for which such motor
vehicle is hired, leased or rented, shall abandon such motor
vehicle, or refuse or wilfully neglect to return the same,
shall he deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than five
hundred ($500) dollars, or imprisonment for not more than
one year, or to both fire and imprisonment.]
