SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 88(c)(5) through 88(c) (11),
respectively, of Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
88(c) (6) through 88(c)(12), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed, amended, or
enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

88.

(c) In the enumerated subdivisions below, the holder
of any license issued under the provisions of this article
is permitted to exercise all of the privileges conferred by
that license on the day of any election in that subdivision.

(5) DORCHESTER COUNTY

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Garrett Community College — Fees

FOR the purpose of providing that a portion of certain
out—of—State fees are waived for West Virginia
residents attending Garrett Community College subject
to certain reciprocity by the State of West Virginia
and payment of the waived portion by this State
agreements negotiated between the States of Maryland
and West Virginia.
