BLAIR LEE III, Acting Governor Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages Section 71A Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 32. (J) (1) IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL IN CECIL COUNTY FOR (2) AS USED IN THIS SUBSECTION,__THE TERM "BOTTLE CLUB" SHALL BEAN ANY CLUB WHICH SERVES, SELLS, GIVES, OR DISPENSES ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO ITS MEMBERS OR WHICH BEVERAGES HAVE__BEEN RESERVED OR PURCHASED BY THE MEMBERS OR GUESTS; OR ANY CLUB AT WHICH PATRONS ARE SERVED, GIVEN, OR ALLOWED TO CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AFTER LEGAL CLOSING HOUR FROM THE SUPPLIES THAT THE PATRONS HAVE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED OR RESERVED; OR ANY CLUB THAT SELLS, 71A. (a) In Anne Arundel County [and], Worcester County (1) With respect to attire and conduct: (i) Employment or use of any person in the sale or service of alcoholic beverages in or upon the licensed premises while the person is unclothed or in attire, costume or clothing so as to expose to view any portion of the female breast below the top of the areola or if any portion of the pubic hair, anus, cleft of the 2287
