Baltimore City - Code of Public Local Laws

FOR the purpose of repealing obsolete provisions in the 1969

Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore

City; and legalizing the 1977 Cumulative Supplement
thereto.

BY repealing

The Public Local Laws of Baltimore City

Section 8—1 through 8—4, inclusive, and the subtitle
"Justices of the Peace and Constables"; 10—16
through 10-31, inclusive; and 15—1 through
15—26, inclusive, and the subtitle "People's
Court"

Article 4 — Public Local Laws of Maryland

(1969 Edition and 1977 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY . OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 8-1 through 8-4, inclusive, and
the subtitle "Justices of the Peace and Constables"; 10—16
through 10-31, inclusive; and 15—1 through 15-26, inclusive,
and the subtitle "People's Court", of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the 1977
Cumulative Supplement to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore City, 1969, prepared by the Department of
Legislative Reference of Baltimore City, be legalized and
taken as evidence of the laws purporting to be contained
therein in all the courts of this State, and by all public
officials of the State and its political subdivisions.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
