AN ACT concerning

Carroll County — Sanitary Commission

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of
Carroll County to succeed to and exercise all of the
powers of the Carroll County Sanitary Commission; to
create an advisory council to the Board of County
Commissioners of Carroll County; to construct, operate,
and maintain drainage systems in Carroll County; to
establish drainage areas within Carroll County as
taxing districts; to issue refunding bonds; to charge
drainage area assessments and levy drainage area taxes
within drainage areas; and relating generally to water,
sewerage, and drainage systems in Carroll County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 15—2 through 15—25 and 15—27 to be under the

amended subtitle "Water, Sewerage, and Drainage

Systems"
