imposed by the legislative body of the municipal

corporation.

(iii) In all differences that arise between any
citizen of any municipal corporation AGGRIEVED PARTY and the
port wardens of that municipal corporation concerning the
discharge of the duties of the port wardens, an appeal may

be taken to the legislative body of the municipal

corporation.

SECTION 3 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That nothing
in this Act shall have the effect of invalidating any act or
proceeding of any duly organized and existing Board of Port
Hardens or any other similar Authority exercising control
over the waters of a municipality, by whatever name known.

SECTION 4 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July June 1, 1978.
