MIDWIVES LICENSED BY THE STATE.

(F)         A LICENSE ISSUED TO ANY NURSE MIDWIFE BY THE
BOARD SHALL SO INDICATE IN AN APPROPRIATE SPACE ON THE
LICENSE.

301A.

(A)    IN THIS SECTION A "NURSE MIDWIFE" MEANS A
LICENSED       REGISTERED NURSE WHO HAS BEEN CERTIFIED BY THE
AMERICAN   COLLEGE OF NURSE-MIDWIVES AS A NURSE MIDWIFE.

(B)    THE STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF NURSES SHALL
APPOINT      A PEER REVIEW COMMITTEE TO PROVIDE FOR OVERSIGHT OF
HEALTH INSURANCE AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE BENEFIT UTILIZATION
BY NURSE MIDWIVES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1973 January 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning
General Construction Loan of 1976 - Charles Carroll House

FOR the purpose of deleting the funds appropriate
appropriated in the General Construction Loan of 1976
to the Charles Carroll House of Annapolis, Inc. for the
restoration of the Charles Carroll House; and
appropriating those funds to the Redemptorist Fathers
of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Annapolis,
Maryland, for the rehabilitation as well as restoration
of the Charles Carroll House contingent on certain
assurances being given to the Board of Public Works by
the Parish of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 914 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1976

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
