Article 56 - Licenses
130A.

(A)    The Board shall make all necessary rules and
regulations for the proper performance of their duties, [and
rules and regulations] for the filing of applications for
licenses and the qualifications of applicants, AND FOR THE
CRITERIA TO BE USED IN CREATING SEVERAL CLASSES OF LICENSES
IF IT CHOOSES TO CREATE ANY.

(B)    The Board, with the approval of the Secretary of
Licensing and Regulations, may appoint a qualified inspector
to act as its agent and make inspections throughout the
State. He shall be paid such salary as shall be provided in
the budget. The Board may designate officers of county
humane societies, societies for the prevention of cruelty to
animals, or licensed veterinarians to act as its agent and
to make routine inspections. They shall serve without pay,
but may he paid actual expenses as elsewhere provided in
this subtitle.

(E) BASED UPON CRITERIA IT DEVELOPS, THE BOARD MAY
CREATE SEVERAL CLASSES OF LICENSES, ALL OF WHICH SHALL BE AT
THE USUAL ANNUAL FEE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Motor Vehicle Administration and Federal Courts

federal courts may request the imposition of certain
administrative penalties on certain persons and
vehicles by the Motor Vehicle Administration under
certain circumstances.
