SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(a-9) Carroll County - $15 EXPENSE MONEY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Caroline County - Jurors

FOR the purpose of specifying that payments to jurors in
Caroline County on a per diem basis shall be considered
as expense money; and providing a mileage allowance.
