COMPLETED SATISATISFACTORILY THE COURSE OF INSTRUCTION, OR

PRODUCES A CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY OR A HUNTING LICENSE

ISSUED PRICE TO JULY 1, 1978 OR MAKES OUT AN AFFIDAVIT THAT
HE HAD SUCH A LICENSE.

(d) The Department shall adopt rules and regulations
to provide for the course of instruction and the issuance of
the certificates CONSISTENT WITH THE PURPOSE OF THIS
SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(1) (1) In Garrett County one half of such license
fee shall be paid by the clerk of the Circuit Court to the
mayor and council of the incorporated town in which such
licensed premises may be located.
