BLAIR LEE III, Acting Governor 1913 (B) THE CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS FOR LOCAL CENTRAL (C) THE CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS SHALL PROVIDE THAT NO MEETING OF THE LOCAL CENTRAL COMMITTEE SHALL BE CALLED UNLESS TEN DAYS' WRITTEN NOTICE SHALL BE GIVEN, BY REGULAR FIRST CLASS MAIL, TO EACH PERSON ENTITLED UNDER THE CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS TO ATTEND, ADDRESSSED TO THE RESIDENCE OF THE PERSON AS DISCLOSED BY THE RECORDS BOARD OF THE COUNTY OR BALTIMORE CITY IN WHICH SUCH PERSON IS A VOTER. (D) (C) WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ADOPTION THEREOF A COPY OF THE CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS SHALL BE FILED WITH AND CENTRAL COMMITTEE SHALL LOSE ITS STATUS AS A LOCAL CENTRAL COMMITTEE FOR PURPOSES OF THIS ARTICLE PARTY STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE SHALL PRESCRIBE A CONSTITUTION, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS TO THE CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS SHALL BE FILED WITH THE STATE SECTION 2.
