AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County — Alcoholic Beverages

(Class C Special Licenses — Denial of Application)

PG 309-78

FOR the purpose of specifying that in Prince George's County
the Board of License Commissioners may deny an
application for a special Class C license under certain
circumstances.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 25(b)(2) and (c) (2)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1976 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

(b)           (2)         In Prince George's County the fee is $10
per day. THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY DENY AN
APPLICATION FOR THIS LICENSE IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE
APPLICANT DOES NOT QUALIFY UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
ARTICLE.

(c)          (2) In Prince George's County the fee is $25
per day. THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY DENY AN
APPLICATION FOR THIS LICENSE IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE
APPLICANT DOES NOT QUALIFY UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
