Speaker of the House of Delegates or as secretary to the
President of the Senate during a session of the General

[(11)] (10) Any person who was in the employ of
the Division of Employment Service while the service and its

that previous employment, the condition of the termination
of the previous employment, and the creditable service to
which the member is entitled, compute the amount due from
the employee for the service for which credit is claimed,
and submit a statement to the employee for that amount, that
computation to be based upon the compensation actually
received by the employee from the Maryland Tuberculosis
Association during the period for which service is to be
credited.
