CHAPTER 606 (House Bill 553) AN ACT concerning Workmen's Compensation Commission — Salaries FOR the purpose of specifying that the Chairman and other BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 101 — Workmen's Compensation Section 3(a) Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 101 — Workmen's Compensation 3. (a) The chairman [of the Workmen's Compensation BUDGET. THIS SALARY___MAY NOT BE LESS THAN THE SALARY PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET FOR DISTRICT COURT JUDGES. FURTHERMORE, THE CHAIRMAN'S SALARY OF THE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION COMMISSION SHALL BE AT LEAST $1500 MORE THAN THE SALARY OF THE OTHER COMMISSIONERS. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 16, 1978. CHAPTER 607
