BLAIR LEE III, Acting Governor 1853 BY adding to Article - Transportation BY repealing Article - Transportation Section 15-511(d) 13-606 (b) and (c), and 15-511(c) and (d) BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Transportation Section 15-708 Annotated Code of Maryland (1977 Volume and 1977 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Transportation 15-105. (C) (1) EACH LICENSEE UNDER THIS TITLE SHALL (2) THE RECORDS SHALL BE KEPT FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS AFTER THE TRANSACTION TO WHICH IT APPLIES.
