1966 plus 50% of new property assessed between July 1, 196 6
and December 31, 1966; and State aid for succeeding years on
corresponding succeeding assessments. "Real property"
shall have the meaning, and assessed valuation shall be
subject to the adjustments for under— or over—assessment, as
presently provided by [§ 220 of Article 77, Annotated Code
of Maryland] §5-202 OF THE EDUCATION ARTICLE.

Article 25 - County Commissioners

12.

(a)    The county commissioners or county council of the
several counties shall have the power and authority, in
their discretion, to pay to any school teacher of their
county who is retired and who is receiving any retirement
benefits under the provisions of other laws, where such
benefits in the aggregate are less than $125.00 per month,
an additional sum not exceeding $50.00 per month upon
application to the county commissioners or county council,
and said commissioners or council shall annually levy an
amount sufficient to pay such additional benefits.
Provided that the sum granted to any applicant by the said
county commissioners or council shall be such that when
added to whatever any such person is receiving as retirement
pay under other laws, the total shall not exceed one hundred
and twenty-five dollars per month. Provided further, that
in addition to the power and authority hereby conferred, the
County Commissioners of Kent County shall have the
authority, in their discretion, to pay additional retirement
benefits as is provided by [§ 118 (b) of Article 77] ARTICLE
73B, §91, and shall have the authority to annually levy an
amount sufficient to pay such additional benefits.

Article 33 — Election Code

29-10.

(b)    (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
in Baltimore County the following officials shall be treated
as local officials for the purpose of any financial
disclosure requirements enacted by the Baltimore County
Council:

(i) Executive director and members of the
revenue authority;

(ii) President and members of the Board of
Education of Baltimore County;

(iii) Superintendent of schools of

Baltimore County;

(iv) Paid and unpaid members of boards of
all State agencies funded in whole or in part by Baltimore
County.

(2) For the purposes of this section, the
