CHAPTER 524 (Senate Bill 962) AN ACT concerning Retriever Dog Training Permits FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Natural during a closed__season; and providing that a trainer may possess and shoot artificially reared game birds BY adding to Article — Natural Resources SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article — Natural Resources 10-413. (E) (1) THE OWNER OR CUSTODIAN OF A RETRIEVER DOG SHOOT ARTIFICIALLY REARED GAME BIRDS IN THIS STATE. SHOOT ARTIFICIALLY__REARED GAME BIRDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAINING THE DOG. THE PERMIT IS NOT REQUIRED IN ORDER TO SHOOT GAME BIRDS DURING AN OPEN SEASON OR ON A LICENSED SHOOTING PRESERVE.
