[(iv)] (V) A Class G (trailer) vehicle, if

it is a camping trailer or a travel trailer.

(2)    For purposes of safety equipment repair
orders only, "vehicle" means, except as provided in

paragraph (3)___of this subsection, any motor vehicle,

trailer, or semitrailer.

(3)    "Vehicle" does not include any Class L
(historic) vehicle.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Employees' Retirement System — Membership

FOR the purpose of repealing certain obsolete provisions
that relate to the membership of employees of certain
governmental units in the Employees' Retirement System.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 73B - Pensions

[7.

Any provision in this article to the contrary
notwithstanding, any person, who was an employee of the
Claiborne-Annapolis Ferry Company, who was selected as a
permanent employee of the State Roads Commission in
accordance with § 140H of Article 89B of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), as enacted by Chapter 856 of the
Acts of 1941, and who was an employee of said Commission on
October 1, 1941, and

(a) Who became a member of this retirement system in
