(1)    FISH WITH A COMMERCIAL HOOK AND LINE

LICENSE FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFFERING THE CATCH FOR SALE; IF

HE HOLDS A COMMERCIAL HOOK AND LINE LICENSE; OR

(2)    FISH WITH A TREBLE HOOK AND LINE; OR THAT

IS NOT AN INTRINSIC PART OF A RECOGNIZED FISHING LURE.

(3) FISH FROM 9:00 P.M. TO 5:00 A.M. DURING THE
MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH OCTOBER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Garrett County — Memorial Hospital - Board of Governors

FOR the purpose of altering the membership of the Board of
Governors of the Garrett County Memorial Hospital;
providing for a term of office for these members;
generally relating to the Board of Governors of the
hospital; and making this Act an emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 25-3(a)

Article 12 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1971 Edition, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows;

Article 12 - Garrett County

25-3.

(a) For the purpose of    operating the Garrett County

Memorial Hospital there is      hereby created a Board of

Governors which shall consist    of the County Commissioners of

Garrett County and [eight] 13    other persons, as follows; two
persons residing in Garrett County, one of whom shall be

selected by the Board of      Directors of each of the two

Oakland banks and shall serve    for the period of one year
