SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That § 645X
shall be interpreted as supplemental and additional to the
powers and authority conferred by other laws upon the
district court and circuit court judges of Anne Arundel and
Calvert Counties, and may not be regarded as in derogation
of any powers now existing with the district court and
circuit court judges of Anne Arundel and Calvert Counties.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Fishing in Chesapeake Bay Near Bay Bridge

FOR the purpose of providing that in a certain area of the
Chesapeake Bay adjacent to The William Preston Lane,
Jr., Memorial Bridge and its parallel span a person may
not engage in a certain type of fishing or fish with a
certain license for a certain purpose; and providing

that during certain months of the year a person may not

fish during certain hours of the night.
