(Language)

FOR the purpose of repealing duplicative provisions of the
law relating to 7 day, Class D (on—sale) beer and beer
and light wine licenses in Worcester County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 11(n)(1) and 16(7)(1)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

11.

(n) (1) In Worcester County, the annual fees for
the following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day — $250

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide
[(exclusive of tenth election district)] — $275

[(iii) Seven day, tenth election
district only — $275]
