SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:
(2) The actual cash proceeds of the sale of the bonds
shall be paid to the Treasurer and shall be first applied to
the payment of the expenses of issuing and delivering the
bonds, unless such funds are otherwise provided in the
annual budget bill, and thereafter shall be credited on the
books of the State Comptroller and expended, upon approval
by the Board of Public works, for the following public
purposes, including any applicable Architects' and
Engineers' fees:
General Construction Loan of 1976
(G) Department of Public Safety.
and Correctional Services:
(1) Division of Correction:
(a) Headquarters:
(3) To supplement the
appropriation "Acquisition of
a site for a Community
[Correctional] ADULT
REHABILITATION Center in

on page 3633 of the Acts of
1975, AS AMENDED; Section 8
of Chapter 886 of the Acts of
1975 being hereby modified to
the extent that said work may
be undertaken upon
satisfactory assurances to
the Board of Public Works
that said project can be
completed with the aggregate
of the funds herein and
heretofore appropriated for
that purpose (Prince George's
County). To the extent of
this appropriation, the
provisions of Article 27, §
710B(a), limiting the State's
