AN ACT concerning

Adult Education Courses

FOR the purpose of permitting certain full—time students to
register for adult education courses under certain
circumstances.

Section 4-109(c)
Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter ____ of the Acts

of the General Assembly of 1978)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter____of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1978) be repealed, amended, or enacted to read
as follows:

Article — Education

4-109.

(C) A FULL-TIME STUDENT IN GOOD ACADEMIC--STANDING ,

AT THE STUDENT'S OWN EXPENSE, MAY REGISTER FOR ADULT

EDUCATION COURSES ,IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE, AND IF THAT

STUDENT SECURES THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE COUNTY
SUPERINTENDENT OR HIS DESIGNEE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
