Ch. 325

SUBSTANTIALLY OWNS, EXCEPT THAT THIS PARAGRAPH DOES NOT
APPLY RETROACTIVELY AND DOES NOT APPLY TO AN ASSOCIATION
THAT EXISTED ON JULY 1, 1963, FOR THE PERIOD THAT
ASSOCIATION REMAINS IN CONTINUOUS EXISTENCE;

(XI)   PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OR CLAIM OF
PROFESSIONAL SUPERIORITY IN THE COMPOUNDING OR FILLING OF
PRESCRIPTIONS OR IMPLICATION IN ANY MANNER OF A PROFESSIONAL
SUPERIORITY THAT UNDERMINES PUBLIC CONFIDENCE IN THE
ABILITY, CHARACTER, AND INTEGRITY OF OTHER PHARMACISTS;

(XII)  ADDICTION TO CONTROLLED DANGEROUS
SUBSTANCES, HABITUAL DRUNKENESS, OR RENDERING OF
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WHEN INTOXICATED OR UNDER THE
INFLUENCE OF DRUGS WITH ABUSE POTENTIAL;

(XIII)   AIDING OR ABETTING OF AN INDIVIDUAL
TO ENGAGE IN THE PRACTICE OF PHARMACY WITHOUT A LICENSE, OR
IN FALSE USE OF THE TITLE OF PHARMACIST;

(XIV)  WILFUL MAKING OR FILING OF ANY FALSE
REPORT OR RECORD IN HIS PRACTICE AS A PHARMACIST;

(XV)   WILFUL OMISSION TO FILE OR RECORD,
WILFUL IMPEDIMENT OR OBSTRUCTION OR A FILING OR RECORDING,
OR INDUCEMENT OF ANOTHER PERSON TO OMIT TO FILE OR RECORD
ANY REPORT REQUIRED BY LAW; OR

(XVI)  PROFESSIONAL, PHYSICAL, OR MENTAL
INCOMPETENCE.

(2) IN THIS SUBSECTION, THE TERM "CONVICTION"
INCLUDES A DETERMINATION OF GUILT, A GUILTY PLEA, OR A PLEA
OF NOLO CONTENDERE FOLLOWED BY A SENTENCE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Property Tax Assessments

FOR the purpose of permitting property owners to file
informational statements with the supervisors of
assessment under certain conditions; and requiring the
supervisors of assessment to maintain certain records
upon certain conditions.
