$30 for each [such] machine or device. All ANNUAL licenses
shall expire on the thirtieth day of April in each year.

(2)    ANY PERSON, FIRM, ASSOCIATION OR
CORPORATION OPERATING, FOR 6 MONTHS OR LESS DURING A YEAR, A
MACHINE REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED UNDER THIS SECTION MAY BE
ISSUED A 6 MONTH LICENSE. THE FEE FOR A 6 MONTH LICENSE
SHALL BE $15 FOR EACH MACHINE OR DEVICE. A 6 MONTH LICENSE
SHALL EXPIRE 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

(3)    The license fees collected under the
provisions of this section shall be paid to the county for
deposit in the county funds and disbursed therefrom in the
manner and for the purposes prescribed by the county
commissioners.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore Public Buildings and Grounds
Security Force

FOR the purpose of requiring the Superintendent of Baltimore
Public Buildings and Grounds and the Superintendent of
Annapolis Public Buildings and Grounds to provide and
maintain a security force for the buildings which he
each is responsible for maintaining and guarding; and
giving members of the force certain powers; authorizing

each Superintendent to establish certain regulations

for traffic control; and giving each Superintendent

certain concurrent law enforcement authority with local
authorities.
