ONE OR MORE COPIES OF THE MARYLAND ASSESSOR MANUAL,

MOST CURRENT MARYLAND ASSESSMENT MANUAL. AND THE ANNUAL

SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, WHICH IS ARE PUBLISHED BY THE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AND TAXATION AND WHICH IS ARE USED
BY THE ASSESSORS IN VALUING REAL PROPERTY FOR ASSESSMENT
PURPOSES, SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO ALL PUBLIC AND BRANCH
LIBRARIES IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND AS SOON AFTER ISSUANCE AS

PRACTICABLE. COPIES OF THE MOST CURRENT MANUAL SHALL BE

SUPPLIED TO EACH LIBRARY BY OCTOBER 15 OF THE CALENDAR YEAR,

OR AS SOON AS IS PRACTICABLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Corporations — Adjourned Meeting of Stockholders

FOR the purpose of establishing notice requirements for a
meeting of stockholders originally convened on the date
for which it was called and adjourned to a date not
more than a certain tine after the record date.
