serve at the pleasure of the Board and shall receive [the
same compensation as the Board] A $50 $40 PER DIEM FOR EACH
DAY NECESSARILY AND ACTUALLY ENGAGED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF
THEIR DUTIES AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR REASONABLE EXPENSES
INCURRED IN PERFORMANCE OF OFFICIAL DUTIES, ALL AS PROVIDED
IN THE STATE BUDGET.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

may not be construed to extend or apply to the per diem

allowance for the members of the Barbers Board in office on
the effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this

Act concerning this allowance__shall take effect__at the

beginning of the next following term of office.

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
