6-40.

The annual salary of each County Commissioner shall be
[$6,500] $8,000. He shall receive no other compensation
except for expenses actually incurred in the performance of
his duties. Payment of these expenses shall be by voucher
submitted by each County Commissioner.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of the
County Commissioners in office on the effective date of this
Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary of
the County Commissioners shall take effect at the beginning
of the next following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

FOR the purpose of correcting technical errors in certain
sections of Article 2B, entitled Alcoholic Beverages.

Section 14(g)(1), 18(n-1)(3) , 19(1)(2), 20(c)(iv)1.,
28(f)(1), 39B-1, 45(d-1), 46(d), 56(9), 68(h),
714(a)(1), 118(a-1), and 150(a-1)

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

14.

(g) (1) There is established in Harford County a
six day, Monday through Saturday, "Class B—1 restaurant
license" which may be issued by the liquor control board to
