MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(c) A vehicle carrying agricultural OR FOREST
products that have been loaded in fields or other
off-highway locations is permitted an axle load limit
tolerance of 10 percent.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
