AN ACT concerning

Frederick County — Unsafe Buildings

FOR the purpose of permitting the Frederick County Director
of the Department of Permits and Inspections to order
the repair or demolishing of certain buildings or the
correction of certain conditions on certain premises by
the owner; providing for the service of such order;
permitting the County to repair or demolish certain
buildings or to correct certain conditions on certain
premises under certain circumstances at the expense of
the owner; providing a penalty; defining certain words;
and generally relating to unsafe buildings in Frederick
County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new subheading "In General" to precede
Section(s) 3-1 through 3-4, inclusive, of the Public Local
Laws of Frederick County being Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland be added.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland be repealed,
amended, or enacted to read as follows:
