(A)   IN GENERAL. WHERE SPECIAL PEDESTRIAN CONTROL SIGNALS SHOWING THE
WORDS "WALK", "DON'T WALK", OR "WAIT" ARE IN PLACE, THE
SIGNALS HAVE THE INDICATIONS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION. (B)   WALK. A PEDESTRIAN FACING A "WALK" SIGNAL MAY CROSS THE
ROADWAY IN THE DIRECTION OF THE SIGNAL AND SHALL BE GIVEN
THE RIGHT-OF-WAY BY THE DRIVER OF ANY VEHICLE.         AT AN INTERSECTION WHERE AN EXCLUSIVE ALL-PEDESTRIAN INTERVAL
IS PROVIDED, A PEDESTRIAN MAY CROSS THE ROADWAY IN ANY
DIRECTION WITHIN THE INTERSECTION. (C)       DON'T WALK OR WAIT. A PEDESTRIAN MAY NOT START TO CROSS THE ROADWAY IN
THE DIRECTION OF A "DON'T WALK" OR "WAIT" SIGNAL. IF A
PEDESTRIAN HAS PARTLY COMPLETED HIS CROSSING ON A "WALK" SIGNAL, THE PEDESTRIAN SHALL PROCEED WITHOUT DELAY
TO A SIDEWALK OR SAFETY ISLAND WHILE THE "DON'T WALK" OR
"WAIT" SIGNAL IS SHOWING. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §11-203. The only changes are in style. 21-204. FLASHING SIGNALS. (A)   IN GENERAL. IF A FLASHING RED OR YELLOW LIGHT IS USED IN A
TRAFFIC SIGNAL OR WITH A TRAFFIC SIGN, IT REQUIRES
OBEDIENCE BY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION. (B)   FLASHING RED (STOP SIGNAL). (1) IF A RED LENS IS LIT WITH RAPID
INTERMITTENT FLASHES, THE DRIVER OF A VEHICLE SHALL STOP
AT THE NEAR SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION: (I)   AT A CLEARLY MARKED STOP LINE; (II)   IF THERE IS NO CLEARLY MARKED STOP
LINE, BEFORE ENTERING ANY CROSSWALK; OR (III)     IF THERE IS NO CROSSWALK, BEFORE
ENTERING THE INTERSECTION. (2)   THE RIGHT TO PROCEED AFTER MAKING THE
STOP IS SUBJECT TO THE RULES APPLICABLE AFTER MAKING A
STOP AT A STOP SIGN.
(C) FLASHING YELLOW (CAUTION SIGNAL).
