21-101. DEFINITIONS.
(A) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS TITLE AND TITLE 25 OF THIS ARTICLE THE
FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language used
as the standard introductory language to a
definition section, modified to reflect the
applicability of these definitions to Title
25, as well.
The definitions in this section are
transferred from present Art. 66 1/2, Subtitle
1 — now Title 11 of this article - since their
applicability is limited to Title 21 and, as
to a few definitions, Title 25, Subtitle 1, of
this article. (See, also, §25-101 of this
article.)

for other applicable definitions.
(B) ALLEY.
"ALLEY" MEANS A STREET THAT:
(1) IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE REAR
OR SIDE OF A LOT OR BUILDING IN AN URBAN DISTRICT; AND
(2) IS NOT INTENDED FOR THROUGH VEHICULAR
TRAFFIC.
