Ch. 14
984 LAWS OF MARYLAND
THIS TITLE SHALL BE MADE ON THE FORM THAT THE
ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES AND SHALL CONTAIN ALL THE
AVAILABLE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE REPORT. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §10-113. In subsection (a) of this section, the present
reference to the provisions of what is now
Title 17 of this article is deleted as
unnecessary in light of the similar, more
detailed reference in §20-107 of this title.
Also, the phrase "suitable with respect to the
persons required to make the reports..." is
deleted as superfluous. The only other changes are in style.
TITLE 21. VEHICLE LAWS--RULES OF THE ROAD. SUBTITLE 1. DEFINITIONS; GENERAL PROVISIONS. 21-101. DEFINITIONS. (A) IN GENERAL. IN THIS TITLE AND TITLE 25 OF THIS ARTICLE THE
FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language used
as the standard introductory language to a
definition section, modified to reflect the
applicability of these definitions to Title
25, as well. The definitions in this section are
transferred from present Art. 66 1/2, Subtitle
1 — now Title 11 of this article - since their
applicability is limited to Title 21 and, as
to a few definitions, Title 25, Subtitle 1, of
this article. (See, also, §25-101 of this
article.) See, also, §1-101 and Title 11 of this article
for other applicable definitions. (B) ALLEY. "ALLEY" MEANS A STREET THAT: (1)   IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE REAR
